WEEK 1: Intro to Health and Wellness
We focus on the mind-body connection, empowering individuals to take an active role in their well-being by discovering their unique motivations and exploring the fundamental pillars of wellness. Through practical tools and strategies, participants are equipped to make immediate, sustainable changes in their daily lives.
Welcome to “Thriving Together,” our holistic wellness initiative designed to elevate well-being, foster community, and empower everyone to thrive. Over four weeks, each week we will deliver a different activity and we’ll embark on a transformative journey, balancing mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re looking to improve the enviroment of your office or community, these wellness activities are tailored to enhance every aspect of your life.

Activities Duration: 1.5 - 2 hr
All props and materials will be provided by UP Health Coaching
Option 1: Group Yoga Session
WEEK 2
Our certified instructor will guide you through a series of poses, helping you connect with your breath, balance, and fellow participants. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or a beginner, this session is designed to reduce stress, increase flexibility, and foster stronger relationships .
Option 2: 4 Tools to Manage Stress and Anxiety
The workshop is designed to equip you with practical tools for creating a daily routine that proactively addresses anxiety. Rooted in the yoga principles of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation, the session also incorporates two journaling techniques to help you process and work through emotions. You'll leave with a personalized approach to managing stress and enhancing your emotional well-being.


WEEK 3: Group Fitness Training
In our dynamic fitness bootcamp, where we combine high-energy workouts with a sense of community and a focus on sustainability. Our sessions are designed to boost cardiovascular health, build muscle strength, and enhance flexibility, all while creating an enjoyable experience for everyone—whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just starting out.
You’ll enjoy heart-pumping activities that not only improve your physical well-being but also encourage Health friendly habits. We use minimum equipment and offer tips on how to incorporate these practices into your fitness routine.
Option 1: Breathwork and Sound healing​
A rejuvenating breathwork and sound healing session designed to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. This unique experience blends guided breathing techniques with soothing soundscapes, creating a deeply immersive environmentto explore the healing power of breath and sound.
Option 2: Breathwork and Ice Bath​
This transformative practice combines deep, controlled breathing techniques with the invigorating challenge of an ice bath, designed to boost your resilience, enhance focus, and promote overall well-being.
Guided by experienced instructors, you'll learn how to use breathwork to calm your mind and prepare your body for the cold immersion. The ice bath not only stimulates circulation and reduces inflammation but also helps you tap into a profound sense of mental clarity and inner strength.
